Refund and Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, we require customers to submit a request by email to [email protected] at least 14 days before the scheduled event. It will take up to ten business days to process a refund. We do not issue partial refunds.

If MINT Memory Clinic postpones or cancels a session, we will offer registration to an identical future session or issue a full refund. Unless otherwise stated, virtual and in-person events are not recorded and are not made available to participants for later viewing.
