Our Training Program
In MINT Memory Clinics, each health care professional has received standardized accredited training to deliver high-quality dementia care.
1. VIRTUAL WORKSHOP TRAINING
Led by the experienced MINT Memory Clinic Training Team, the 3-day virtual workshop consists of interactive didactic lectures, case presentations, small group activities and multimedia presentations. These interactive sessions help teams to gain competency in the assessment and management of dementia as well as the administrative and team-building skills required to operate and sustain a MINT Memory Clinic.
2. ON-SITE MENTORSHIP
The MINT Memory Clinic Training Team travels to each newly operational MINT Memory Clinic and helps get clinics on their feet by providing on-site intradisciplinary mentorship during their first two clinic days.
